Allow new line on Enter / CTRL-Enter to submit instead of Enter submits

This is a super simple implementation and a HUGE improvement for us who write more correctly, with new lines to make everything easier to read, plus us with some accessibility; semi-invalid right hands (got after my stroke) that miss keys too often (backspace and shift are very close to enter, let me tell you).
This request IS easy to implement; it will NOT make the Copilot platform more complex.
In my simple "AI Chat" feature in my tool "FetchXML Builder" I very easily added that small option to send with CTRL-ENTER if I want that.
Note: the same feature is already available in so many applications, like Teams, Slack, WhatsApp, Signal, etc...
