About email notification with subject : "Copilot for Microsoft 365 updates"
Just want to inquire why some of our users with Copilot license are not receiving email notifications from Copilot.
Sender is Microsoft 365 Copilot <email address removed for privacy reasons>
- Check for Spam folders. Ensure the users are subscribed to receive the comms
