Web pages added to OneNote notebook have their GIF images turned into non-animated static images

Using OneNote UWP app on Windows 10 (Version 16001.12228.20184.0),

when I add a web page to OneNote notebook using OneNote extension, the GIF images in that page are turned into static images.

I tried it on this website. the .GIF images turned into static ones when I view them in OneNote app.
