View mode for OneNote
Notes app urgently requires a view mode. As notes are not only to be written, it needs to be viewed later on. (Its available in Word. But why not in One Note

Hello mobilewo_01,
You can set permissions for the entire notebook to be in view mode to someone but you are correct that you cannot set certain pages or sections to be view only. There is page versioning available so you can see if someone has made changes to a page or search for recent edits: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/See-a-list-of-recent-changes-in-a-notebook-in-OneNote-for-Windows-55dc5183-9112-4c7e-a9cf-44cd66c19c77
