The Office app for Windows 10 opens OneNote desktop instead of the OneNote App

The Office app for Windows 10 opens OneNote 2016 desktop instead of the OneNote App.

How can I set it so that it opens OneNote Windows 10 app by default? I have already tried changing the windows 10 default app settings, no luck.
