Sync Issue Error code: 0xE402005F

I'm having issues syncing a OneNote notebook, I'm receiving the following error message: "We're sorry, something went wrong during sync. We'll try again later. (Error code: 0xE402005F)"

And the section displays the message "we couldn't open this section" 

I had a couple of conflicting pages which where creating a sync issue which I deleted and now I'm unable to open the section.
