Sharepoint Folder and email Connectivity

How can we tag share point folders to connect related emails ? for every folder, there is trail of emails, i want to connect emails with folder?

Let say when i open / click a folder in share point, or an email trail i should be able to related emails , documents etc. relation is keyword between SharePoint folder name and email subject.
