Reported emails aren't appearing on the Submissions page
Reported emails aren't appearing on the Submissions page (Submissions >> User Reported Messages).
We are using third-party add-in and configured the User reported settings under Email collaboration settings. Earlier, it was working fine but from last few weeks the reported emails aren't appearing on the Submissions page.
Any assistance is really appreciated it. Thanks.

- I have the same issue. But we are not using a third-party. The emails come into the specified inbox, but never show up under user submissions in the admin portal.
