Please help! One note app for windows 10 wont open

I was using the Onenote app on my HP laptop but suddently it stopped working.

I click the onenote app icon, the box screen with logo shows up for a second then dissapears.

I tried : app Reset, reinstall, stopped task etc. and  I also tried with different account.

I searched online for solutions but nothing worked. Online version or software version works but I really like the app version.

Can someone please help me?  please share if you had similar problem before...
