Our Pilot results for ProPlus - partial displays???

So -- why do you think this would happen on some machines?  We deployed the 64-bit shared instance of ProPlus in our department for the pilot, but why do you think we are getting apps like this image (Calculator) and Outlook providing only partial displays????  We know our general population is going to think we broke it -- and we want to be infront of that wave....
