OneNote Webbrowser Version - how to add "space" between notes

Hi

I normally use the Windows 10 OneNote APP Version 16001.12325.20040.0.

Here I have and icon I can click on to add free space between Notes on the same page. 

I can't find this same feature in the OneNote Webbrowser Version. 

Without this feature I can't use the Webbrowser Version of OneNote.
I can imagine that this feature is missing, but I can't figure out how to add space in the Webbrowser Version. 

I hope someone can help me.
