4 if you try OneNote again, go to File > Account; under Connected Services you can remove any Microsoft accounts you don't want OneNote to use - but it can handle having multiple accounts attached and will save notes into the notebooks in your 'current' Microsoft account without you need to switch to it.

As I wrote above, I only have one Microsoft account. Yes, I can save notes into a new notebook but it appears I cannot migrate the contents of my old notebook to a new one. If I'm mistaken, please advise how I can migrate the contents of an old notebook to a new one without having to manually 'copy and paste' every note.
