OneNote in Teams
When using the integrated OneNote in Teams, the subpages are all expanded. We do a daily meeting that we take notes for and the new note is always at the bottom, based on creating the page from the meeting in outlook. Is there a way to, by default, have the topic collapsed so we dont have to see all the subpages?

- AFAIK no!
I suggest you set up the same onenote but instead choose a specific section which it will show by default when clicking on the tab!
Just select the + sign - onenote - press the down arrow just left to the team notebook and create/select a section
I do this for all my channels with different sections related to that channel
