OneNote 2016 Templates available in OneNote ?

Hi all

Questions says it all, in OneNote 2016 you can create Templates (Insert tab => Page Templates) to reuse them in all NoteBooks. I can't find this in the "regular" version of OneNote in Windows 10.

You can create a Template but only in the section scope, not for all notebooks.

Is this going to be available in OneNote in the future, is it already available somewhere that I am not aware of?
