OneNote - drag and drop pages between sections

I always used to be able to drag a page into a different section, but now suddenly that doesn't work anymore. How can I fix it please? , filing is very time-consuming now.

I'm on Win 11, Surface laptop, 

Microsoft® OneNote® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2302 Build 16.0.16130.20122) 64-bit

All updates have been applied.
