Navigation over Numeric Keypad

Hello, I have a question about navigating the Cursor with the arrows on the Numeric Keypad. The Arrows Left (Number 4) und the Arrow Right (Number 6) work well, but up (Number 😎 and down (Number 2) has no function.

Home (No 7), End (No 1), PageUp (No 9) and PageDown (No 3) work also perfectly. I have to Navigate about these Keys. Can someone help me?

P.S.: I use AutoHotKey, without success!
