Microsoft 365 apps for enterprise is not working properly

I have configured a device with Autopilot profile with Microsoft 365 apps for enterprise to be installed on the device. The device is configured successfully and Microsoft 365 apps for enterprise is also installed but the problem is when i open any app like word or excel then it opens as office 2019 but not as Microsoft 365 app and asks for activation. I have Microsoft 365 E3 license which includes Microsoft 365 apps for enterprises.

There is no other office version installed on the device.
