Is it possible to hotkey different pen colors?

I have a Surface Pro and take 100% handwritten notes on it. Due to this, it can be a little clunky having to reach into the top of the screen to change my pen color/boldness (I usually have one normal, one bold, and an array of colors), and I frequently change colors in my notes.

Is there any possible shortcut to quickly either cycle between these different pens on my 'toolbar' or simply select a default pen to go back to? I'm looking to use an AutoHotkey script to just reroute my pen clicker button to it so I can have a more smooth notetaking experience.

 

Again, any combination of keystrokes is fine with me, as I'm planning to hotkey this anyways.
