Highlight text and save to list

Hello,

I am desperately trying to find a way to highlight text in my One Note Pages and link or save that highlighted text into lists, like to do lists, without having to copy/paste or navigate out of the app. I'm open to exploring integrations and add ons.

Is there any way to do this?
