Getting information about copilot and Microsoft 365 E5 Developer License.

I joined to Microsoft developer program.

I have Microsoft 365 Apps for Bigger Companys.

My license is Microsoft 365 E5 Developer.

Can i have access to copilot for this license type?

How can i do that?
