Drawing programatically - Generative art

Good morning and Happy new year all,

 

I need to create drawings programmatically. It is possible to draw in onenote through its API?

basically I would like to generate art using C# on OneNote. if is not possible which Microsoft platform would you recommend me?

 

Any clue will be very much appreciated.
