Corrupt Page in OneNote

We have an MS Team which is using OneNote regularly. 

For some reasons Teams and the OneNote for Win 10 App shows an (Error code: 0xE00001BB) / corrupt page. 

In OneNote 2016 it is still possible to open the Notebook and see everything, but not able to sync. 

So I have 2 questions. 

1. Is there another solution than creating a new OneNote and Copy everything into this 

2. How can this error be prevented / what causes this problem?
