Connected Experiences - Where data is processed

When a O365 "connected experience" service is triggered (i.e. translator) the data is sent "somewhere" to be processed and then sent back to the user.   

Would like to know where the "somewhere" is located.  None of the docs talk about where (geo) the services actually run.
