Community Users Experiencing Issues with OneNote Page Linking

I wrote a blog post backed in 2014 called "http://itgroove.net/oh365eh/2014/01/30/microsoft-onenote-fix-copy-link-to-page-hyperlink-issue/ ".

You'll notice at the bottom of the comments section there are two people (Eric Michie and Merks) who are having trouble with getting links in OneNote to work.

I tried to do some basic Q&A with them from June 13 -28, 2017 to see if I could help them solve their issue, but no luck.

Is anyone else able to take a look at the conversation and let me know if there's anything else I can sugget to them and/or if this is a known issue?
