Bizarre Page Version Data

One of my students recently created at Page in OneNote. I got curious as to exactly when this happened so I right-clicked that page and selected "Page Version". According to the metadata pane, the student just edited the page, it was created some five years ago by a person I have never heard of. See screenshot.

 

Is this some sort of unlikely page id collision? A bug in the metadata viewer? Or something else? However you look at it, it's a bit disconcerting.

    I poked around some more, and found the same sort of bug on another Page edited by the same student
