Bad Request Request too long HTTP Error 400. The size of the request headers is too long.
Help me please, I have logged myself out of my admin, microsoft exchange, onedrive and outlook on my microsoft 365 F3 profile (owa?). I get the message Bad Request Request too long HTTP Error 400. The size of the request headers is too long but can't do anything about it. I am not an IT worker just someone trying to startup their company... is there a way to reset to default setting my account?

I have the same issue. It started when my manager overlooked renewing my company permissions. Now I get it when I try to logon in Outlook, Teams or Onedrive. Cleared all Chrome cookies and uninstalled Teams and reinstalled all with no fix.

I have seen this error myself. You may have a filter set that has too many variables selected. For example, if you are viewing the "Incidents" page in Microsoft 365 Defender, click on the "filters" and at the bottom click on "clear filters". This may resolve the issue you are seeing.
Try another browser/in-private session. What kind of authentication are you using, directly against Office 365 or you have another service in front of it, such as AD FS or Okta?

i've tried other browsers including in-private session, incognito mode, trying to use office 365 directly ... so far, really not impressed by any service I've received. I just keep getting the run around

Have you gotten this resolved yet? i'm getting this error for the first time and have tried everything you did. I see nobody replied to you and before I start a support request to have them call me I wanted to see if you figured this out?
Any help is appreciated
