Try another browser/in-private session. What kind of authentication are you using, directly against Office 365 or you have another service in front of it, such as AD FS or Okta?
i've tried other browsers including in-private session, incognito mode, trying to use office 365 directly ... so far, really not impressed by any service I've received. I just keep getting the run around

Have you gotten this resolved yet? i'm getting this error for the first time and have tried everything you did. I see nobody replied to you and before I start a support request to have them call me I wanted to see if you figured this out?

-John- Have you gotten this resolved yet lol? I'm having the same issue too. Jeez I wish some Microsoft agent could directly come and help us resolve this. I also get this Bad Request error while trying to contact Microsoft Support so can't get any help from there either.
