Anonymous Sharing - OneNote for Windows

I contract with SUNY at Buffalo, which distributes Office 2019 Pro perpetual license to their students; many students coming through their Accessibility Resources office use, or would like to use, OneNote for Windows to receive notes from a peer note-taker. 

Is there a way to share notes anonymously in OneNote for Windows? Whole notebooks, sections, whatever works anonymously that would allow a student to edit shared notes would be wonderful.
