User ID : app@sharepoint in my audit log

Hi all, 

I've an issue with my security logs.

I use it to check wha has downloaded files in my system when I share it with my customers. Unfortunately, I saw a lot of files doynloaded by the user app@sharepoint.

Can younplease tell me what is it? I saw a real IP address, is it possible to know who is behind?
