Troubleshooting Connection Issues with Microsoft Global Secure Access and SAP Logon

Hello, guys. I hope everyone is doing well.

I have started using Microsoft Global Secure Access with an SAP Logon connection. For an unknown reason, when I try to use an internal FQDN with the global secure connection, like appdev.contoso.com, I receive an error on the first attempt, stating "partner not reached." However, if I try again, the connection works well.

In my client connection within the Event Viewer, under Microsoft-Global Secure Access Client/Operational, there are no error messages that help me troubleshoot this issue. Similarly, in the App Proxy Connector inside of Event Viewer, under Microsoft- AAD Application Proxy Connector/Admin, there are no error messages either.

Could someone please shed some light on this issue?
