Standalone CA and Subordinate CA Erro

Dear All,

Let me know different between standalone CA and Subordinate CA.When i request and download My subordinate CA from URL,In my CA i see unstructured name in subject field.Let me know why? how to remove unstructured name subject ?

and They are different in certificate also ,may i know is it correct? Please the below attachments and help me,Please ?
