Hi, I am experiencing the same behaving on my sandbox tenant, just exchange related, mean office apps / SharePoint seem do get the updates on labels reflected. On our prod tenant we don't have this behaviour - fortunately. To us, most important is to understand 1) this kind of things CAN happen and 2) know a way how to tackle and resolve such misbehaving as quick as possible.
