Secure Score Activation
Is there something that needs to be done so that Secure Score starts scoring? When I go to the website, everything is zero, I have no ability to slide the score and the Score Analyzer tab shows nothing.

- Pablo R. OrtizSteel ContributorYou must have an admin role for an Office 365 Business Premium or Enterprise subscription. Also, please take into account that changes can take up to 48 hours to reflect.
If none of this is the case of your issue, then open a ticket with Microsoft.- Peter WilliamsCopper Contributor
We've been using Secure Score for a while now. Today I am trying to allow another user (non-admin) access to the site. I have assigned a custom admin role (Report Reader) and a Security & Compliance role (Security Reader) but they still get a permission denied message.
All I can find about granting access just says they need a custom admin role.
Is there a better way or do the permissions just take a very long time to apply?

Sorry, those are not admin roles eligible for Secure Score Access. Check this previous post:
