Programatically download exported search results in ediscovery
are there any powershell commands or APIs to download the exported search results from protection.office.com -> Search & Investigation -> Content Search

You're supposed to use the application for that. There is a way to make it work by getting the ContainerURL and using tools such as AzCopy, but that's not supported in any way. If you still want to try it, do a search for a similar thread we had here a while back.
