Not being prompted for Sign In with unified labeling client
Have rebuilt a PC and on installed the unified labeling client. It is not prompting for user credentials and therefore labels are not available. Have tried the old uninstall reinstall trick, but no...
Fixed it!
- Uninstalled the unified labeling client
- Installed the Azure Information Protection client
- Started Word - got log in prompt, logged in
- installed unified labeling client
- All working 🙂
Great! A tip for next time is to go to Outlook. Create a new email, choose file, encrypt and then you should see the option to retrieve templates. This will force a logon.
