looking for missing webinar video on records management
Thank you for getting back to me.
It's a bit difficult to explain what I loved about that particular video, since I can only use what I remember from memory.
In short, Records Management is an important part of what I'm involved with and there aren't a lot of videos (let alone webinars) were we have a dedicated session on how to use retention labels and how document lifecycles work, with hands on approach AND FAQ time at the end.
So, a very technical approach, with practical examples and tough questions answered in detail.
Maybe one of the speakers has a copy that they can share?
In any case, if it's not at all possible to recover this one video, then what I can recommend is to try and create a new session that follows the similar lines (webinar, hands-on, allow for questions, etc.) and that can ultimately guide people how to sucessfully implement records management in Office 365.

Please join the Customer Connection Program (CCP) to access past recording and get notified about future sessions: https://aka.ms/DLM/Connect We can't post these types of sessions publicly anymore because of privacy laws - A Teams recording shows the names of the people attending. As I mentioned before, sadly the pervious recordings are permanently lost.
