Is it possible to enable AIP by account in outlook?
If someone has multiple accounts in Outlook 365, is it possible to only apply AIP to one (i.e work) account. By default, AIP seems to apply at a "client" rather than account level, so all accounts, including gmail etc., that are setup in Outlook seem to get the same AIP treatment.

Correct. AIP client does not support multiple accounts as it is also based on SSo enabled on the machine level (sing in to Windows).
This will be addressed at some point by the built-in integration of labeling in Office apps but no ETA yet.
