Encrypt with AIP Label
All,
We have created Label and enabled Transport rule to apply Encrypt for the label. After we enabled this rule, when we send email to other users in the same organization they cannot open the email in outlook and they can only open in owa. any thoughts

What's the version of Office/Outlook? Do you have the AIP client/add-in deployed?
VasilMichev we have outlook 2016 9126 update and when we send to any internal user they cannot open the email they have to use the owa to see the content
it comes as rpmsg attachment not regular email
You need to update to a newer version, 1804 at minimum as detailed here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/information-protection/configure-usage-rights#encrypt-only-option-for-emails
