on 5/14-2025 after installing 2025-05 Cumulative update for windows 11, my HP laptop ran fine for 4 hours before the Explorer and task bar started to hang. When I tried to reboot, it displays "Restarting" for over 4 hours.
I finally pressed the hardware "OFF" button, then restarted my HP laptop. It restarted fine. going to run diagnostics from HP on it now.
