Change timestamps in Teams audit logs

Hi!

I used the following guide to extract Teams logs in a .pst format using eDiscovery (Core) in the Compliance center: https://getsecureandcompliant.com/search-for-microsoft-teams-calls-and-meetings-with-m365-ediscovery-tools/

Everything went well, but the customer requires the logs to be timestamped in her timezone (EST), not UTC, which seems to be the default timezone in the logs.

Any idea how to change this?
