Can we use RMS SDK 4.2 to create Service applications!!

Dear All,

I am new in this forum. I am trying to get started with Azure RMS SDK.

As per the current microsoft documentation, we can build service applications using RMS SDK 2.X.

Is it possible to create service applications using RMS SDK 4.2?
