1. In Exchange mail flow rule, Azure labels not shown in RMS mail flow rule template.. How to solve the issue.. please anyone suggest me...

Only labels that apply protection will be shown in the Mail flow rule controls. In other words, anything that shows up via Get-RMSTemplate.
