Thank you for sharing your journey—returning after a decade is impressive! Here’s how things work now under the Microsoft Learn for Educators (MSLE) program and the current MCT framework:

1. Old Credentials & Transcripts
   Unfortunately, legacy MCT records and expired certifications cannot be migrated to the new portal. Profiles start fresh under the current system, so your previous credentials will not appear.
2. Instructor Verification & Access
   Since your university is registered as a Microsoft Learn for Educators partner and your instructor profile is verified, you already meet the key requirement to deliver official Microsoft courses.
3. Course Registration (AI-050)
   You can register and deliver Develop Generative AI Solutions with Azure OpenAI Service (AI-050) through the MSLE portal. This ensures your students receive official resources and benefits.
4. Learning Download Center (LDC) & MCT Portal
   Access to LDC is no longer part of MSLE. Instead, all teaching resources (including instructor guides, lab materials, and student content) are provided directly through the MSLE portal once you associate the course with your institution.
   • Navigate to Microsoft Learn for Educators portal → Teaching Resources → Select your course.
   • If you don’t see the resources, confirm your institution’s MSLE agreement is active and your profile is linked correctly.
5. Renewing MCT Status
   To regain MCT credentials, you’ll need:
   • A valid Microsoft certification (current, not expired).
   • Proof of instructional engagement (your upcoming AI-050 course qualifies).
     After meeting these, apply via the MCT enrollment page on Microsoft Learn.

Next Steps:

• Verify your MSLE portal access for AI-050 resources.
• If resources are missing, contact MSLE Support via the portal or your institution’s program admin.
• Once you earn a current certification, proceed with MCT renewal.
