Removal of Voucher Request from Dashboard
I Observed that Voucher request disappear from my portal and i cannot make request. this happened few days ago
Dear Mr. Ogazi,
Thank you once again for bringing this to our attention and for your time during our Teams meeting.
To clarify: the voucher request area is a feature exclusively available to faculty members affiliated with recognized academic institutions. This eligibility requirement ensures that vouchers are distributed to educators who are actively engaged in formal academic environments and can leverage them within institutional frameworks.
In some cases, such as when an account does not reflect an academic affiliation, access to the voucher request section may no longer be visible. This behavior aligns with the program’s eligibility criteria.
For educators who believe they meet the requirements, please ensure that:
- Your profile reflects a valid academic affiliation.
- You register using your personal Microsoft Account (MSA) and add an institutional email address in the designated field, which is required for eligibility verification.
If you have any further questions or need help verifying your status, feel free to reach out. We’re here to support you all.

Hi there godwin_ogazi!
Thanks for reaching out, and I hope you're doing well!
This seems to be the same issue discussed in another thread — just in case you haven’t checked all the details yet, please take a moment to review the guidance shared here: Voucher requests disappeared | Microsoft Community Hub.
I’ve also sent you a private message here on the platform — could you kindly check and reply when you can? That way, if the issue persists, we’ll be able to connect via Teams to better understand the specifics.
Much appreciated,
Henoc
