Hi, if you can still reach the admin center, go into Entra ID and reset the affected user’s authentication methods. If Temporary Access Pass is available in your tenant, that is usually the cleanest way back in. After recovery, I’d create a separate emergency admin account with strong protection so one broken MFA setup cannot lock you out again
