Thank you for your question! You're right that Microsoft previously offered free exam vouchers through certain programs. However, the current offering provides a discounted voucher when students register via https://learn.microsoft.com. While it's no longer entirely free, the discount still makes certification more accessible and affordable.

Microsoft- The students get a discounted voucher when registering for the exam on learn.microsoft.com, educators signed and supported by an existing MSLE Institutional account, they'll receive a free and discount voucher using the MSLE portal.
- There is no way to keep track of fail\pass rates unless you become a certified testing center. https:/4/www.pearsonvue.com/us/en/test-centers/become-a-test-center.html
- We recommend to use vouchers during regular fiscal year Jan-Dec, because on December they'll expire.
- MSLE is meant to be an educator guidance only, so I can't guide your students, however if their question is within my reach I will help or point you in the right direction.
