Meet the MSLE Team!
We are excited to have you here!
Hello Vic_IST, and thank you again for reaching out and for your time!
As a general answer to help anyone who might be facing a similar situation at other times, here are the key steps to follow before signing the Labs & Training Terms:
🧭 Regarding the Terms
To eventually sign the Business Terms for the program on behalf of your institution, a few setup steps are required:
- Go to your profile by selecting ‘Profile’ in the left menu of the MSLE Portal.
- Set your role to Program Advisor (ideally), or at least Both (Educator & Program Advisor).
This will allow you to perform the necessary actions to onboard your institution and support your peers within the program. Note: This role can be updated later if someone else will take over. More than one educator can assist in these roles. The Signatory role is also an option.
Once this is done, you’ll be able to follow the instructions sent to your email after nominating your institution and proceed with signing the Business Terms.
📄 Program Documents Access
Once your educator profile is fully supported, the Program Documents section will become available in the MSLE Portal.
This area allows you to download key documentation related to the program, including terms, guides, and onboarding materials.🧪 Labs & Training Terms
With the Business Terms signed, you’ll be able to sign the Labs & Training Terms within the portal, which will allow Skillable to prepare the labs needed for your courses.
🔐 Accessing the LDC
- Visit https://aka.ms/LDC and log in using the same Microsoft Account (MSA) you use for the MSLE Portal.
- If you can’t sign in:
- Confirm you’re using the correct credentials and use the InPrivate option in the browser, if necessary.
- In case that does not work, please, use the Help option in the top-right corner of the portal to request technical support.
If you need further instructions, please feel free to reach out!Much appreciated!

Hello, we are registered as part of the MSLE. We are able to download content from the MSLE download center (power points, trainer notes, etc). We are needing to sign the "Term and Conditions" for the labs but, cannot find where it is located. I have submitted the "Supplemental Business Terms for the Training & Lab Benefit Pilot Program" under my profile but MSLE keeps telling me it is not signed. Any advise will be appreciated.

Hi Vic_IST! I hope you're doing well!
Thanks for reaching out! In order to further assist you, I’d like to connect via a Teams call to better review your details. Feel free to share more info here in the thread or via a private message (for private data)—whichever you’re more comfortable with.
Also, please check your Tech Community inbox—I’ve sent you a message there so you can reply directly if that’s easier, and we can set up the best time.
Thanks again!
