It seems I do not have access to the Learning Download Center. Could you help with this issues, please?

  • Hi,

In the MSLE portal next to your name (top right corner), you should be able to see a Help link, click on it and ask for LDC Access

    Download Center User Guide

This document is a guide to logging into the download center and downloading the "Instructor-Led Training (ILT)" content (i.e. courses taught by a trainer, as opposed to courses that are available on-demand and that operate at the learner's pace).

    1. Open a browser and go to https://learningdownloadcenter.microsoft.com

    1. Log in with the email address you used to log in to the MSLE portal. If the connection fails, please contact support.
    2. In the search bar, enter the name of the course you're looking for. You can use one or more words from the course title or the course code.

    1. You can now filter based on the language of the course.

    1. You can now filter by publication date.

Note: If there are no posts that match the selected date, you won't see any results.

    1. After selecting the course you want to download, review it in detail by scrolling down the bar to the bottom right of the screen. Then, choose all the files or only the ones you need, and click on the download button. Please scroll down to see more files.

          7. The files will be downloaded to the folder designated for downloads, in your browser settings.
