Institution Email Verification & Case Submission Blocked (MSLE Nomination Accepted)
- Oct 01, 2025
Latest update is that your domain is no Academic Verified by our Academic Verification Engine (AVE), you're required to present the following
Since June 2023 Microsoft put in place a new verification system for Academic Organizations, unfortunately your domain @datapot.vn does not fulfil the requirements, meaning that you need to provide the following documentation to proceed
Acceptable proofs of domain ownership:
1.Domain registration document
- Purchase Receipt clearly indicating the domain, organization name, purchase date, expiration date
- Screenshots of domain management portal mentioning the domain and the name of the institution
Acceptable proofs of academic accreditation ownership
1.Accreditation certificate/document from government body
2.Letter from Department/Ministry/Board of Education stating academic accreditation/recognition/eligibility.
3.Government URL + code to check entity registration on the Ministry of Education website
One of each category, send it to v-carchaves@microsoft.com.
Hi hoangtm, I'm a Community Manager for MSLE happy to assist you, can you share the ticket number?

Hi Carlos,
I'm having the same issue, 1) Support Case Submission Blocked and 2)
I am unable to access the Skillable labs for AI-900 becauseI do not have a "course intake form" available.Skillable instructed me that Program Advisors go to the “Profile” tab on the MSLE Portal to accept the Labs Benefits terms for their school and unlock this for their Educators.
Regards, Joe

I would need the same documentation as above

- Purchase Receipt clearly indicating the domain, organization name, purchase date, expiration date
- Screenshots of domain management portal mentioning the domain and the name of the institution
Acceptable proofs of academic accreditation ownership
1.Accreditation certificate/document from government body

Hi Carlos,
Thanks again for your help with this.
I was a bit surprised that the verification tool couldn’t identify our college, especially since it’s recognized as the oldest in America in its category. Even a basic search seems to confirm this, so I’m wondering if there’s a way for your team to update or retrain the tool’s data so it can better recognize established institutions.
I’ll check with our college to see what official documentation we can provide, particularly given that we’re already a Microsoft partner. That said, I did want to flag this as a concern about the underlying data quality in the tool, especially for a company positioned as an AI-driven solution provider.
Thanks again for looking into this and for any guidance you can offer on next steps.
Best regards, Joe
