GMSA Password length

Hi All,

Hope you are doing well!

Do we have any official document from Microsoft that tells how many characters would be used for a GMSA account password? I understand that 240-byte, randomly generated passwords will be used; however, I would like to understand how many characters would be used in 240 bytes.
